The Office of Continuing Medical Education provides a full range of meeting management services for its activities.
Our services include:
- Site Selection, Contract Negotiation and management
- Activity Marketing and Promotion
- Attendee registration and management
- Financial Management including preparation of a budget estimate and management of all activity income and expenses
- Prepare Conference Materials (registration lists, name badges, online or printed syllabus, etc)
- Coordinate and Manage on-site activities and services (catering, audio-visual equipment, exhibits, registration)
- Manage exhibitor invitations, payments, set up and exhibit policy communications in compliance with ACCME and Brown CME policies regarding exhibits at educational activities.
